Well I use a small animal shampoo is that alright for them? I don't bathe them really that much I heard if to much then they will get dry skin and such...but I was just wondering and such.

Shampoo that is marketed for "small animals" should be alright to use on your piggies. I'm also a massive fan of Gorgeous Guineas products and I hardly ever use anything else.

Well, you can probably guess that Mr & Mr Truly Pampered get GG shampoo. 'Just for Boars' no less. They don't seem to appreciate it though

There are two Mr Johnsons ones. One is clear and is just for normal shampooing, and one is yellow, which is a mite fighting one - both are good.

Johnsons Insecticidal Shampoo for small animals for me too. Most pet shops sell it. A liitle tip for those with boars. The grease gland at the back can be quite difficult to clean sometimes. Try some washing up liquid and rub gently with an old toothbrush, just on the gland during bathing. Make sure you rinse off thoroughly. If you don't know what I mean by the gland then you haven't got a problem with it!! Amanda

Another tip for grease glands, swarfega and a nit comb. Its where the tail would be (if they had one of those )
