I think you can feed the whole cauliflower, and I believe the leaves are the same principle as cabbage leaves - they do cause bloating if given too often.

<cauliflower leaves - Yes they are ok but they can cause bloating just like the cabbage. About once a month is ok and not too much.>
Sometimes I think I must be poisoning my boys - they get a cauli leaf at least once a week, but then it is from the garden and rather fresh. Maybe they only cause bloating when they've been on the shelf too long (my boys do turn their noses up at shop-bought ones that have been in the fridge more than a couple of days). They also get broccoli or young kale leaves (which Georgie finds very acceptable) on the other days of the week too.
But then maybe all that fresh grass helps to sort them out?

You're doing fine ES. Bloating comes if you shovel them full of gassy greens every day almost to the exclusion of anything else!

I shovel them full of grass!
I was in PAH today where a couple were buying a pair of boars (hopefully) (very cute, could have taken them home myself). The assistant told them not to feed them when they get them home as they'd been fed already today. I know I read that one good routine is fresh veg in the morning, dry food in the evening. Is one feed a day enough? My boys have food available all the time....

Is it okay to feed my guy some red radish? I'm not sure till I saw someone here mention "radish seeds."
For a treat, I give Snuggles some bites of watermelon (w/out the seeds, of course). He just loves those!
He's never liked parsley. Mainly give him red and green peppers (not hot), romaine lettuce, carrots, apples, blueberries sometimes, cucumber, celery. Bought him collard greens once which he didn't like (was I supposed to cook them?)
;D

Awww piggy has a great diet!!!! Foods dont need to be cooked its good for them to have it as fresh as possible Radishes can be eaten but I wouldn't recommend too many and not hot ones so if they taste mild to you then they should be ok I am not sure if piggy will eat them though so you will have to give it the taste test! Have you tried apple, broccoli, corn on the cob or baby corn? My piggys all love them and yesterday we tried fennel and they went mad for it and the furry bits too ;D

Yeah, I'm not sure about radish either. I would think it was perhaps a tiny bit strong for piggy tummies.
