Hi
I got my two piggies in July and they have been in an outdoor hutch ever since. I am now wondering how they will cope being outside over winter, I went to pets at home and bought a hutch hugger - a water proof cover and also a hutch snuggle an insulating cover which says it keeps thm cool in summer and warm in winter.
I have both of them over the hutch do you think they will be ok with this or does anyone have any other suggestions about keeping them warm enough?
unfortunately I don't have a shed and I can't really keep them inside other than the odd night if its really cold

They should be fine with what you have bought, and along with plenty of hay each night.
As a general rule of thumb, piggies cope better with the cold, its the heat they struggle with.
