Biscuit is eating and behaving normally but today on my lap she sneezed and snot came out of her nose (yuk) i imagine she has a cold any advice please?

I know someone (maybe PigPog) recommending olbas oil, just a dab under the nose. Works for me and for Fred. He's not had any snot problems though - in fact I think you may be the first person to post a question involving snot!! Someone more experienced may know whether it needs something more.

I think Pigpog has had similar problems with one of her piggies in the past.
No doubt she will clue you in when she's about.

If its one sneeze it might be just that, one sneeze.
As it was a bit snotty, i'd play it safe and put some vicks on the nose just to give her something to help with the snot (if shes not got rid of it all by sneezing on you!!)

well, she is still snotty and sneezing. seems fine otherwise though. i hope its not going to be a trip to a vet

My opinion Linz would be to take her to the vet, if she doesnt look like she's improving. Cookie had something similar which turned into a rattling in her chest and and the vet gave her some powder to put on her food and it breaks down the mucus that is in her nose.

Yes how is she? It does sound a bit like a vet trip to me. Could she have something lodged inside her nose perhaps?
That would cause a reaction like that.
